Fifteen And Send Time class (FAST)  

Obstacles

bullet15 obstacles that are assigned point values (of which 6 are bar jumps)
bullet6 bar jumps (typically winged) are worth 1 point each (no bars are reset during a run if displaced) One point bar jumps can be taken as often as the handler chooses but only for a total of 6 points.
bullet9 other pointed obstacles worth 2 – 10 points can be individual or flow obstacles. Marked with raised numbered flags or placards) and are only taken once for points.
bulletNon-pointed obstacles may be on the course (typically non-winged bar jumps or tunnel)
bulletWeave poles are mandatory at all levels (6 Novice, 9-12 Open/Excellent)
bulletObstacles that are bi-directional may be taken either direction, unless otherwise directed by the judge. Only 1 bi-directional obstacle may be a dual point value obstacle.
bulletNon bi-directional obstacle are triple, see-saw, broad jump, chute
bulletNo obstacle may be taken consecutively, twice in a row, if faulted you need to go to another obstacle & then come back to it.  Except for the weave poles – they may be immediately restarted.
bulletMinimum 2, maximum 3 unique contact obstacles
bulletMaximum of 4 contact obstacles may be completed for points, 1 may be taken twice, as a dual point value obstacle if so designated by the judge.
bulletDog/handler attempting to repeat previously successfully completed contact obstacle and/or weaves shall result in a double-whistle; immediate exit to finish obstacle to stop time required (retains points already earned – if they have enough point & the send will still Q)
bulletIf contact is faulted while attempting for points, another obstacle must be done before reattempting.   If handlers reattempt contact before going to another obstacle – double-whistle & immediate exit to finish obstacle to keep time & score.

Send Bonus

bulletSend Bonus must be successfully completed to Q
bullet4 Paw rule is in effect if there is a contact in the Send Bonus
bulletTape used for handler line must be secured to ground or floor and a bright color
bulletMinimum 2, maximum 3 obstacles in Send Bonus depending on class level
bulletNovice 2 obstacles; Open 2-3 obstacles; Excellent 3 obstacles
bulletLine: 5-10ft Novice, 10-15ft Open, 15-20ft Excellent
bulletOptional: 2 different handler restricted lines based on 4/8/12/16 & 20/24/26 height groups
bulletNovice with weaves or contacts in Send Bonus – 5ft line must be used for all heights
bulletOpen/Excellent – obstacle discrimination & changes of flow allowed
bulletRefusals only scored for determining completion of Bonus Send once dog completes 1st obstacle
bulletSend Bonus starts once all 4-feet have completed 1st obstacle
bulletSend Bonus completed once all 4-feet have completed last obstacle (on the ground)
bulletIndividual points of each obstacle during the Send Bonus also awarded
bullet5 – 15pts total collectively for obstacles involved in Send Bonus
bullet“Bonus” verbally announced at successful completion of the Send Bonus
bullet“Fault” verbally announced if there is an error in the Send that negates the bonus.
bulletTable may only be used as the last obstacle in the Send Bonus
bulletDog need only get on with all four feet; no sit/down/stand or stay necessary

Points

bullet80 points max score available (60pts for obstacles + 20 Send Bonus)
bulletNovice minimum 50 pts to Q; Open minimum 55 pts; Excellent minimum 60 pts
bulletSCT for all levels: 38sec-8in, 35sec-12/16in, 32sec-20/24/26in
bulletPreferred - 41sec-4in, 38sec-8/12in, 35sec-16/20in
bulletHorn (or whistle) sounds at SCT: 1 point lost for each full second over SCT until dog completes the finish obstacle.  Turn displays so handler can not see them.
bulletFinish obstacle is “live” once dog has crossed the start line
bulletDogs may go to finish obstacle any time prior to the SCT if desired as part of handlers strategy
